Hello and Welcome to our Stamp It Group – Fall Theme Blog Hop! My name is JaNette Howard and you are visiting my blog – Let’s Get Inky – JaNette Howard.  Whether you’re starting from my blog or another blog on the tour, thank you for letting me share my card with you today. Today, I’m featuring the Stampin’Up!® Fond Of Autumn and Gingham Cottage Designer Series Paper (DSP).

Stamp It Group – Fall Theme Blog Hop

Measurements:

  • Soft Suede card base, cut at 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″, score at 4 1/4″ and additional pieces for die cutting
  • Crumb Cake cardstock cut at 5 x 3 3/4″ for embossing
  • Garden Green cardstock for die cutting
  • Basic White cardstock for die cutting & one cut at 5 1/4″ x 4″ for inside the card
  • Gingham Cottage DSP cut at 5 1/4″ x 4 for second layer

Layers

On the Soft Suede card base, adhere the Gingham Cottage DSP. For the Crumb Cake cardstock, run through the Stampin’ Cut Emboss Machine with the Tree Rings Hybrid Embossing Folder. Use a dauber and Soft Suede ink to go around outer tree rings and adhere then to DSP.

Trinkets

Die cut Wreath & Sentiment using Garden Green & Soft Suede cardstock and Eden Dies. Stamp the sentiment from Fond Of Autumn stamp set using Versamark ink and Copper Embossing Powder and heat with Heat Tool. Add Stampin’ Dimensionals to adhere to card front.

Wrap-up

Stamp images from Fond Of Autumn stamp set using Memento Black ink and die cut using the Autumn Bouquet Dies. Color with Crumb Cake, Calypso Coral & Garden Green Stampin’ Blends, add Stampin’ Dimensionals and adhere to card front.

For inside the card, stamp the leaf & acorn using Crumb Cake ink on the Basic White insert.

  2. Interesting use of the Granny Apple Green with the Fond of Autumn. It does make a beautiful card when put with the tree rings.
