Color Combination Challenge

Hello and welcome to the Stamping with Friend Blog hop. we are a group of Stampin' Up demonstrators from around the world sharing our love for paper crafting. Today's challenge (theme) is a Color Combination challenge.

The challenge was to use three of the colors below! I decided to use Azure Afternoon, Pumpkin Pie and Granny Apple Green!

Last week I attended Stampin' Up OnStage 2024 in Houston. I was super excited for several reason, but the number one reason it was in my hometown! During Onstage we received several prize patrols and I decided to use the "Leaf Collection" stamp set that's in the new catalog and will be available starting in May!

The inspiration for this card came from a OnStage presentation. To make the card, I created a custom background with Pumpkin Pie, Azure Aternoon and Granny Apple Green using the stamp and the Clear acrylic "F" block. I must admit using ink spots would have probably been easier, but I used the full size ink pads. I also decided to use the Heartfelt Hexagon bundle and the Azure Afternoon ribbon!! I also used the Stampin' blends for this color combination to color some clear rhinestones, to give my card that extra bling.

I do believe I met the requirements for the Color Combination challenge. What colors would you choose? To continue along the blog hop, click Next Blog to see what Lorraine Tierney has made for us today.
